Thank you again for everything. Just knowing someone out there is on ones side is such a support. It all just fell apart and thats as it should have been - no case to answer.

But, the line manager will do it again and again and sometime soon I hope she will be treated with the same gravity that I was and I really hope they throw the book at her. And then throw the key away. She deserves everything she gets frankly....

Onwards and upwards and dont look backwards - thats me from now on...

I am so pleased for you Wheezy. You are a very strong person for dealing with this horrid situation with such stoicism.
As for the ******** not very nice person who tried to get you out..............well I'm a great believer in 'what goes around, comes around.' Might take a while, but it will come.
In the words of the great Mr Ant:

I would love for my old line manager to get whats coming to her really soon. I am not a patient person but she needs to be totally stripped of everything relating to her rank in the work place. Thankfully, now I am not going to be the person that does it. I have been relieved of that responsibility! I am convinced that it will happen one day though.

OP just focus on your new start and forget about your old manager there's a thing called KARMA now leave her to it.
