Hi Thanks for the advice but the cookies are cleared everytime quidco was used, looking back through any transactions made throught quidco only the higher paid ones didnt track, i can understand the tracking problems people are having but why no replys?, still no replys to any messages/mails from May until today
Thanks0 -
I posted a query on 8th September with very precise details of the trade etc, as of today 2 months later Quidco still haven't remitted it to the merchant, all this sureshop stuff seems to have slowed the whole process down, and to cap it all Quidco aren't answering emails. My feeling is that Quidco quality levels are deteriorating fast, either they have lost staff or are being swamped by their success (eg Moneysaver recommendations) and the volume of enquiries.
About time that Quidco put their head above the parapet, p[erhaps Moneysaver can find out whats going on?0 -
Hi there,
I too had been with Quidco for quite a while but i got so fed up with their lack of customer service that i tried other cashback sites and i found poundpig.com to be really good with dealing with their customers.0 -

Hi all
Wondering if anyone can help me in right direction (sorry for the long text):
I ordered 2 phones from E2save through quidco, 1 contract and 1 virgin pasy-as-you-go. Both were sent from 2 different accounts as 1 phone was for myself and 1 for my wife. The phones along with the rest of contents have been delivered OK from E2save but none of the cashbacks have been tracked in QUIDCO...
One of the orders (Virgin PAYG through my wife's quidco account: 'sarin') is from Aug 07 and the status from enquiry is "sent to merchant". Recent response from quidco states they are not obligated to pay for every enquiry as the merchant is not bothered as they have secured a sale... This is after they have a record of myself going to merchant through their website and after providing all the details of transaction!
For the other one (contract phone for myself through my quidco account: 'ksareen', it has been 2 weeks since I raised the ticket but their response it 'its held on ice and please delete the enquiry it if it gets tracked automatically'...
Sent a PM last week to quidco but no response..
Is there some internal setup at Quidco with E2save that have brought them to conclusion that they are not obliged to pay??
I never had any issues with greasypalm who I used before quidco but quidco seem to have a don't care attitude which is ruining an otherwise excellent co-op...0 -
I've been happily checking my TopCashBack account every day, watching the amounts slowly increasing every time I make a purchase and then seeing them move into the confirmed column - nothing has yet moved to payable but i've only been doing this about a month so assumed it was too early for that yet.
HORROR today. Everything has gone and it says I have no purchases. I'm gutted._pale_ :sad:0 -
Hi,
I just wondered if anyone had ahd problems with the cashback site www.trolleycash.co.uk ?
I had requested a payment for my cashback and duly received the cheque.
But this has bounced from the London bank account on which it is drawn.
I have now emailed 3 times and of course have had no response - any one else had this problem?
Also any ideas to whom I should report them to or how I can add some pressure for a reponse.
This is registered in France and I have found a fax number.0 -
Hi all,

There is no need to spam MSE, it is a relatively new site and your post is really an advert to gain new members. Maybe read up on the board rules prior to posting anything further.0
