I've just tried to log into the TopCashBack site. It says I am not a member :-( Huh???? I have checked and I am definitely a member and still have the joining e-mail and importantly my username and password. I have tried to contact them but I have to log in.. DOH!!!!! I can't becuase it won't let me. I hate sites like that that will not give a straight forward e-mail address for contacting them.

    So, can anybody help?

    Take care.

Please excuse my ignorance but just using Quidco for the first time.

When and more importantly HOW do you actually get your money back?
Skint: (adjective) The tendency to turn off the grill when turning the bacon.

Think skint - it makes things simpler

    Oh, please..........

Just take a look at the Quidco FAQ, which you'll find will answer all your questions without other people having to do it for you.

Scratch that, I've sorted it. To my surprise I found I had £26 waiting for me too :-) Nice.

Thanks so much for your non-condescending tone. I had indeed looked at the FAQ and couldn't seem to find how money is paid. I am having problems accessing Quidco now (anyone else?) and my wife was asking so thought I would just ask the (mostly) helpful people on MSE.

    Shouldn't have bothered...

It isn't a question of not being helpful - I think my track record on that speaks for itself. It's just a matter of expecting people to take reasonable steps to answer basic questions, rather than expecting others to do the work for them - hence the reference to the Quidco website, where the question's clearly dealt with.

    Hi

I've just started to use Quidco, but have only found two shopbots, does anyone know of any other shopbots on Quidco that pay you to search? :)
