Well I tried to start work today, set up everything as instructed but I can't log into the toolbar. I've followed the advice in help, but still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?0
-
The toolbar was a little tricky to set up. Do you see the little Leapforce banner and clock? What happens when you sign in to do a task?
You're suppose to be able to click that clock then sign in and start tasks, can you not do that?0 -
Ah, thanks! I think it's working now. I kept getting a message about an add on I needed to install. No idea what it does but I've installed it now. I get the log in box but then nothing happens, then suddenly it just worked. Do I log out when I'm not using it (not working)?0
-
That's good, I know it took me ages to get going too.
Absolutely log out when you're not working, taking a break or reading instructions, your productivity will suffer if you don't.
Read Gramps social page, he has some good tips.0 -

Invoice was approved fine but after my Unacceptable scores no work has appeared in my queue since 30th April.:(
I've emailed them making the point that giving someone a low score and denying them the facility to discover where they're going wrong and the opportunity to fix it seems somewhat unfair but from comments on this thread I don't expect them to either care much what I say or give me the courtesy of a reply.
I'll bash away at a few of the simulators if I have some spare time but I think I'm done and just waiting for the official boot after a single month :mad:0 -

Don't worry too much, I was in the same boat last month after substandard scores, no work for almost two weeks or something like that. I reread the guidelines, and kept emailing every few days saying that I was really trying to improve my work. Eventually work started again, capped at 30 mins a day. I emailed them again after a few weeks of this, and it got increased to an hour, and now I am getting 2 hours a day.
You would think there would be more leeway for new raters with regards to low scores, but clearly not.0 -
I am absolutely dreading having my first review after the comments on here. It really is unfair to not even give any feedback.0
