In other related nonsense I got an email confirming I had passed the 'Certification' test from a couple of weeks ago, but obviously no actual work in my queue now so it all seems a bit pointless.

Was the email from the same address that sent out the emails about the Certification before? I haven't heard anything so perhaps I failed but I'd like to know one way or the other.

Phil, the UK raters don't get personalised feedback. I hope as it's your first month they will give you a chance to improve though.

Well done for passing the certification!

I am NRT too so it may not be related to your reviews.

It was from the usual Agent Support address, yes.

I never heard back from the additional test, so I assume I failed. I found it very hard.
I still have work even though I didn't do very well in my first review, I did some sims before I started anything so they know I am trying to improve!

LF replied saying they have seen a big improvement in my work since last month and that they'll try to get me some personalised feedback. I also got the email to say I had passed the exam, and I've had some of those tasks this morning.

Had almost two hours work this morning, so looks like they've increased my work cap slightly.

I'm just going to avoid the task type that I seem to score badly in if possible.

I'm just terrified. got a huge amount of xxx and XX today and I'm sure I'm doing everything so bad! it seems time is never enough, intents are difficult to understand, quality is difficult to rate in just a few seconds...I used to keep a certain calm before, in my invoice I put the # of tasks and related time, so if I needed more time it was just a lack of time for me not for them. I still haven't quite understood how the toolbar works: they track time and tasks, right? the point is I have many session and the ones with xxx and XX have no surplus time, while I'm much quicker at w.e... i think I need to do some sims...:(
anyway, 3.37 hours till now today

I'd advise doing lots of sims before actually starting to work, then you can see where you could be making errors, after all we don't get any real feedback about the exam other than pass or fail.

A day or two of sims would be reassuring, the work will still be there..

    Have you downloaded rateraide? http://www.rateraide.com/

It will keep track of everything for you. Download and if you pay £6 it will export the data to your invoice.

I don't think you need to worry too much about the toolbar other than making sure you've logged in properly and it's doing whatever it does.

I think the LF toolbar logs more than the LB toolbar. From what I've read on chat, it tracks when you're working or not.

Bimicky, you might need to edit your post as you have mentioned specific task names and I think LF are quite strict on that.

I just finished with LB yesterday and i am interested in applying for LF, can anyone tell me if i should state that i have previous experience in the application? do they prefer people who havent done any rating before?
