Im in a right tizz this morning! My bank sent a letter a few weeks ago that they were going to close my business account as there had been no activity for a long time & they saw it as dormant. They said unless there was activity in the next 14 days they would close it. I managed to put a pound in there to show activity.......got my email this morning from LF to say payment sent, went to check everything was still ok.......and the bank have closed my account!!! arghhhhhh. What can i do now being as my payment has already been sent?

Won't it just get rejected by the bank and sent back to LF? I would contact the bank I am sure they will be able to help. I think I have read something along the lines of if the money is returned to LF they will deduct an administration charge from your payment, but I would think you would still get the majority of what you're owed.

    Hi!
I'm from Italy and I have just taken the third part of the exam. have to wait till monday/thursday to get my response. I worked for LB and that was a good experience, I hope- in case I pass- LF is not that bad as I go on reading... so is the timesheet difficult to fulfill? It seems so different from LB where I used to count the # of each task and count minutes...

Don't worry, bimicky - it's not really difficult, it's just (for me anyway) different to what I got used to with LB and I wanted to make sure I was filling it in correctly.

Once you've passed and you see the invoicing interface, you'll maybe understand. And, if you come back and read these last postings again in the light of having seen it, you'll see that everyone is filling it in differently. The reassuring thing is that people who've been with LF longer than me have had their invoices paid using these different methods of filling it in.

thank you bizzie lizzie. how long have you been working for leapforce? I think I'll think of you as my GURU:j, if you don't mind!
  • Well, bimicky, although I'm flattered I've only been working for LF for 8 days so I think it would be sensible to learn from the wisdom of those who've been with them for a longer time.

by the way, is it possible to pause the work just like I did with LB? I usually go abroad during the summer.

Is all this work done purely online? Such as as soon as I apply is it all completed online? I only ask as I hate being on the phone and wondered if they had to phone you for any reason.
