    I got renewal in May and my reviews certainly weren't all EE or higher and in fact I had some SS over the 6 months so reckon you will be ok.

    As I understand it if you get binned they usually tell you a few weeks before, but definate renewals are last minute?

    Mine was only the day before in fact, so fingers crossed for you.

    Renewals go out on the Wednesday closest to 6 months since the date hired. 31st Jan -> 31st July, so tomorrow is the closest Wednesday. Or something like that.

    That sucks :( Have you been restricted? If so, make sure to e-mail quality and explain why you rated how you did, and explain that you understand why it was wrong and what you'll do to improve, etc.

    I got SS and a EE! Pretty gutted about the SS as I have been doing great so far. Thanks for the tip about emailing quality.

    Been restricted and really need the money this month :(
