    Just applied ^^

Was just wondering what the wait time is to hear back if you've got in or not? It would be good to make some pennies off this as I have a degree in computer engineering, but am studying postgrad atm (with no funding, boo).

Anyway, was just curious to see what the response time generally is if you've got it.

    Thank you all :)

You know if you hear back there's still a three-part test which takes a lot of study, so you wouldn't be 'in' yet?

Totally :) I'd be willing to commit the time. I should really rephrase to say be contacted to sit the tests or be accepted to do so. Sorry didn't mean completely in :). Alas I haven't heard anything back anyway lol

OK, I was just checking because the way you worded it made it sound like you thought if they got back to you, then you were allowed to work straight away.

I'm sure you'll hear back eventually. It's just like any other application, sometimes companies can take several months to reply and some businesses have even replied to me within the same day of me sending my CV.

It's worth bearing in mind there are two other main companies that offer very similar jobs - Appen and Lionbridge. There is another company worth checking out - iSoftStone Solutions. Your best bet is to apply to them all and surely one of them will get back fairly quickly.

I was unsuccessful in applying to Lionbridge, but I then applied to Leapforce and went through the application process with them and was accepted :)

Just a side-note as it was something I was interested in when applying to LF but had a hard time finding out about:

You can do Leapforce on a Mac!

    That is all :)
