TBH the ratings seem to have no rhyme no reason to them, its almost like a pot luck draw to see what you will get lol.

At least now we know if we are restricted or not work wise.

How do you mean? They are based on a % of tasks right I think. Have you seen the feedback from the review?
  • Yeah the ratings have an exact mathematical reasoning behind them. You could argue that the ratings they gave the chosen sample are subjective but samples are often a reasonably accurate indication of overall performance anyway.

    do they though?
last month i was only just in the ME bracket and in the bottom 30%!
this month top 5% EE i haven't done anything different!
i guess you would have to look at the 6 monthly averages really, as thats gonna reflect better.
just want to know that i have done enough to get renewed after six month then i will be happy!

It pretty much tallies with the number you get wrong. The % doesn't mean much, just compares you to how everyone else did so last month everyone generally did quite well whereas this month people didn't do so well. I've been top 5th, top 10th and top 30th with an EE.

As Caitchbee said, percentiles aren't an absolute measure of your score they just compare how you did to everyone else. If everyone got UA and you did too, you would be in the top 1st percentile.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had their invoice approved yet? I think I submitted mine a tad late but it's normally approved pretty quickly. It was all change with the system this month, so I hope I had my extensions recording my work correctly etc :o

    TIA :)
