In june I moved house and phoned them to let them know, After 4 days of non stop ringing i got to speak to someone, She said that your plants will be with you in a week. I ve raised a support ticket on the 16th of June , till date they havent answered , I phone them everyday and emailed the CeO. Nothing.

I m gonna follow some of your advice and contact Trading Standard, and also inform my Credit Card Company. I m not just angry that I havent received my plants, But I m missing the growing season. I ve since ordered from Dobies. Now wot a company they are. I will advice eveyone to go to them. Your plants is with you in two days , and perfect order and health.

I cant believe that this company can behave in such a terrible way, SHame on YOU.
