Plants from gardeningexpress.com

Can anyone help me with contact details for gardeningexpress.com?

I ordered some plants from them last month. They took my money but nothing arrived and they will not reply to any of my efforts to contact them. I have since read many similar stories about them posted on an internet site.

Has anyone here used them and had any joy getting their money back? If so, how did you do it?

Thanks.

I was going to say, go round there and spry em with manure... Long way from Scotland to Essex though. Thanks for bringing this to the board's attention (sorry it had to happen like this.)

Thanks for this. I tried this number many times but all I get is a message saying contact them through their website, but they never respond to that.

My main problem with the company, as you can see from my original post, is lack of contact from the company and unable to claim a refund.

When I look at all your posts on this website, I see that they are all defending this company so I suspect you are involved with the company, spike100.

Is this correct? If so, can you tell me why the company is not honouring my requested refunded? Surely this is contravening distance selling rules. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.

Good point. Thanks for this. I paid with my credit card so I will chase that up as soon as I get my statement.

Aparently I'm not this only one according to Trading Standards.

I wish I'd seen this link before I placed my order:

I have just seen your thread, I am having exactly the same problem - see my thread:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=443579

Have you had any luck with them? I have tried phoning, mail, email, and online support tickets, and not a single one has been answered.

I found it interesting to note too that the only posts by Spike100 are defending the company.

I used gardening express a couple of weeks ago, it took about 10 days for my kiwi to arrive. The only thing I didnt think too good was that they shipped on a thursday and i got delivery on the Monday, kinda think my poor pale plant was in the sorting office all weekend. Dont think I will be dealing with them again.
Who would like my last penny?
