  • Got the same response as gambler at around 6 pm Sunday, 4 days after valentines , still very poor service but we shall see if they follow through with their response, I'll keep you informed
  • I ordered from the "reputable" Debenhams, recommended by the ever so popular MSE.
No flowers, no chocolates, no refund, no apology; but do you know what is really really annoying? Not a single reply from Debenhams, MSE ( as they are far too big to deal with individuals), trading standards or even my bank.

I have had to wait until today (15 days after ordering) for visa to look into it. Its tantamount to theft, or at least fraud.

Back to local florist for me.

I think you have greater issues
are you saying nobody from the 4 you listed has replied to you?
FYI the idea of MSE is its a forum, not a customer service system

Pretty rubbish service from Debenhams here as well - ordered in plenty of time, delivered late (Feb 15th) to my partner's office, on a day when she isn't at work. Thankfully a colleague brought them home. Emailed to ask for an explanation and got a standard "we're looking into it" email on Feb 15th.

Roses drooping by 7pm, dropping petals and looking awful by the following morning. They were dead within a few days.

I called on Feb 18th to complain and was promised refund. Sent pic of crappy flowers.

I called again on Feb 26th and was promised a refund & voucher code of equivalent value, to be processed "today"

I was called on Feb 28th and was told the twice-promised refund hadn't been made. This call was made by an operator who told me he was part of a special team who'd been brought in to deal with all the problems.

I received the voucher code on March 1st.

A truly rubbish service, and a truly rubbish response.
