They are on their way...................via Debenhams :eek:0 -
Last year I ordered 1 dozen roses from M&S and they delivered a day late on the 15th. Got a no quibble refund.
This year they delivered on time. No complaints.0 -

I normally use M&S and found their quality to be excellent. Only went with Debenhams due to the free chocs :mad:0 -

Please reply to customerservices@debenhamsflowers.com quoting your original order number. May we again apologise for any inconvenience caused Kind Regards.
I don't think will be ordering from debenhams ever again. I ordered the Rose's for a friend who is in a care home and wanted to put a smile on her face.If you want something very much, let it go free.If it comes back to you,it is yours forever. If it doesn't it was never yours to begin wih.0 -
Very disappointed by Debenhams flowers, ordered a bouquet on the 5th of February for my friend who is having a hard time, with delivery for the 14th Feb, no sign. Spent 2 hours waiting to speak to someone, no answer, finally sent an email this morning, awaiting a response. Will never use Debenhams again - totally ruined the surprise I had intended for someone who needed it!0

RE: Order 100017525
Booked, paid-for and order confirmed for 14h February delivery but ordered Valentines Rose Gift Set still yet to actually arrive. Tried calling their Customer Service Team but still on out-of-office-hours answer machine until gone 9:30. This has finally been switched off and I have been on hold ever since; last attempt for some 13 minutes without answer. Emailed them yesterday and again today, still no response. And no contact attempted by Debenhams Flowers, despite them having all my contact details and being in breach of their own T&C's.
The current status of my order according to RM Track and trace >
Item FR283676809GB was forwarded to the Mail Centre on2013-02-15.0 -
We’re really sorry to all our customers who haven’t received their flowers on time. Our suppliers are in the process of contacting all affected customers and offering them either a full refund (plus their original flower order), or an upgrade to a larger bunch, along with a box of chocolates. You can contact us via email at heretohelp@debenhams.com or call us on 0845 337 3076 with your order details. Please include your order number, the e-mail address used while placing the order and the full name of the person who placed the order.0
