i have to get pack on track this week i haven't been very good a meal planning the last couple of weeks and it has really blown the budget last month so this month i will be good.
Meals for the week -
Sun - Roast chicken
Mon - leftover chicken
Tues - stew & baked potatoes
Wed - pasta (with bits from the cupboards will decide on the night)
Thurs - fish pie
Fri - pork chops
Sat - out with friends
Lunches will be HM soup and breakfasts are cereal / toast0 -
Third week of doing this - last week I was rubbish at sticking to my meal plan BUT I did manage to avoid going to the supermarket and ate up what I had in the fridge instead, so hopefully I get brownie points for that.

Monday - Salmon with couscous, broccoli, runner beans
Tuesday - Pasta & HM tomato & veggie sauce, grated cheese
Wednesday - more aubergine & chickpea curry
Thursday - Salmon with rice pilaf, veggies
Friday - possibly going out for dinner/or whatever I've got leftover from the week (on my schedule, it is highly unlikely I'll get home for dinner every night after work!)Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0 -

Can any of you share your succesful receipes to make them or will I have to go to Aldi again for theirs?

Cheers
I put them in a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and little salt, stir.
Add a light layer of olive oil on a non stick baking tray, put it in the oven for a few minutes to heat it up.
Then tip the wedges on the baking tray, spread them out and put in for about 30-40 mins on 190-200c. It depends how big I make the wedges and also if there's something else in the oven that decides what temp I need to have the oven on.0 -
Isabelle, I'd love your chestnut & vegetable burger recipe too, and could we please have the recipe for sweet potato and garlic soup
Thanks ... don't throw the string away. You always need string!
