Third week of doing this - last week I was rubbish at sticking to my meal plan BUT I did manage to avoid going to the supermarket and ate up what I had in the fridge instead, so hopefully I get brownie points for that.

Sunday - chickpea & aubergine curry (see other thread on aubergines)

Monday - Salmon with couscous, broccoli, runner beans

Tuesday - Pasta & HM tomato & veggie sauce, grated cheese

Wednesday - more aubergine & chickpea curry

Thursday - Salmon with rice pilaf, veggies

Friday - possibly going out for dinner/or whatever I've got leftover from the week (on my schedule, it is highly unlikely I'll get home for dinner every night after work!)

Starting late, did have the weekends planned but that has been and gone now, so here goes the rest

As usual, day order isn't riggid, fruit and veg depends what is in and needs using. Kids alternatives also in for when they can't/won't have what we are. Lunches are soups, sandwiches, toasties, pasta salads, baked potatoes etc. Loads of cereals etc in for breakfast. Packed lunches for school and when DP is at work.

Monday - Eating out possibly, if not will be Pizza
    Tuesday - Chicken enchilladas
    Wednesday - Fish and chips
    Thursday - Omlettes
Friday - Bolognese (HM and batch cook for freezer) with garlic bread
Saturday - Quorn & veg curry with rice (just for me as DP will be at work)
Sunday - Beef brisket roast with yorkshires and veg
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Isabelle - could I have the sesame roasted tofu recipe please? Haven't tried tofu in years; it might have improved since then.

I put them in a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and little salt, stir.

Add a light layer of olive oil on a non stick baking tray, put it in the oven for a few minutes to heat it up.

Then tip the wedges on the baking tray, spread them out and put in for about 30-40 mins on 190-200c. It depends how big I make the wedges and also if there's something else in the oven that decides what temp I need to have the oven on.
