Morning all,
Have only meal planned to Wednesday so far (that's when I get my next fruit n veg delivery!).
So this week looks like this:
Saturday: Chicken Stir Fry
Sunday: Chilli and HM Wedges
Monday: Lentil Shepherds Pie and Peas (Thanks Gingham!)
Tuesday: Toad in the hole with mash, peads and gravy
Wednesday: Cauliflower, Potato and Brocolli curry with rice
We eat a lot of meat in our house (when I was growing up, Dad used to say that it wasn't a meal without some form of meat!!) Over the next few weeks, I want to reduce the amount of meat based meals we eat (maybe down to 3/4 a week) so that we get a good mix of foods, and use up our veg box!
Thanks,
Sarah xx0 -
