Not sure part of a website would constitute an "advertisement".

I was replying to your post re you did not think they covered websites:-
Good thinking but not sure they cover website content.

I was just stating that they do, and as Pramworld still have the price promise on their site, then I think it would be covered.

The issue relates to how they are operating the terms and conditions and the unilateral right to withdraw at any time.

Again,I was replying to your statement that,"Good thinking but not sure they cover website content"

    I said they do!

However as Pramworld still have the price promise on their website, they have not withdrawn it, so your argument is academic.

    It does indeed.

I wouldn't think that that term would stand, at least in the sense that they can just temporarily withdraw it any time anyone wants to take advantage of it.

I have maybe you should read my replies, however as I have pointed out in my posts on this thread, I was responding to your reply in #14 that you were "not sure they cover website content", meaning the ASA, I pointed out they where and quoted from a page to which I also linked, I was not actually replying to the OP, just imparting info to you re the ASA's remit as you where not aware of it, but I still say that the ASA would investigate the website as it does seem to be in contravention of the act, the easy way to do this is for the OP to make a complaint via the ASA website.
