    Not the strongest of complaints, but the Bank may find other faults as part of their investigation.

    Well it is worth a shot, I didn't approach them, they sent the form, with a pre paid envelope, so it was worth a try. If ur not in.. U can't win!

    Its now 3.5weeks since I sent the questionnaire back and I haven't heard anything at all, not even an acknowledgement, is this normal?
