I feel that it is time for a multibuy glitch.

I take it I haven't missed a glitchy day today. Always wonder when I get in whether I have.

Have just caught up have spent the night listing on the auction site, with free listing today.
Have got the older dd's old mobile listed and youngest old car seat on, finally getting it sold as we are defo having no more kids as dh had the chop. So it is final. Was quite sad on the day it came through it had been successful, but 7 kids is enough so my dh says.
Don't think it's the fact we are havin no more, think its the fact next is my older dd's possibly having kids at some point and making me a nana, but hopefully not for a long while yet, want them to do so much.
That's my ramble and insight for tonight. Must enter my a receipts before I go to bed.

    evening all

your seed packs should have an expiry date on Logie. I have used seeds the following year after the expiry date with no problems. In fact Ive probably used some older than that. Courgettes germinate really quickly so plant them anyway. If you aren't seeing anything within 3 weeks then ithen they're probably not going to grow.

Glad to hear you are coping with your treatment with your usual gusto x

It can be a bit hit and miss with seeds that are beyond their sow by date but I've had success with seeds that are years old (I never throw anything away:rotfl:) I keep my seeds in an airtight container in the fridge to help them keep for as long as possible. Generally the more breeding/cultivation a seed has the less likely it is to keep(just my experience/opinion). Wild flower (or weeds if you like) are probably ok since things like that have a built in mechanism to not all germinate at once but over a period of years. This is why weeds can pop up years after setting seed. Hence the old expression "one year of seeds is seven years of weeds"

For some plants like tomatoes my late FIL used to take seed from end of season fruit, dry it and then plant at the start of the following season. Works well for Gardeners Delight but not complex hybrids.

I'm catching up backwards as well since logging off earlier. I think we were all due an early night but normal service will be resumed later in the week:D
