No response as of half an hour ago.

The person I live with bought it on her account, so i'll have to wait until she is here as I don't have her password, but we will get onto it as soon as she gets back (and maybe even a reply from the seller)

    Thanks :)

Although I wonder if it's really going tomorrow morning, as it won't fit in the post box and most post offices aren't open on Saturday afternoons.

My local one is open til the early evening on Saturday and all day Sunday - they accept parcels and stamp them but obviously don't actually get them picked up until the Monday. So I can honestly and legitimately dispatch items 7 days a week! :j

Right, no parcel and no reply to messages.

I've never had this issue before, so is it paypal AND eBay we raise the issue with?

What do we click? The person I live with doesn't want to 'complain' but I am making her do so.
  • No you should only open one dispute on either Paypal or Ebay.

Personally I would go via Paypal, as it's generally quicker. Make sure it doesn't divert you back to Ebay.

    Thanks.

I just have to stop her "I don't want to do this" protests and it will be done.

Well you have given the seller plenty of opportunity and time to explain.

Perhaps a halfwayhouse would be to open the dispute and leave it 24 hours before you escalate it. That may get the sellers attention and they can resolve without penalty.

We will give that a go.

    A dispute on paypal?

Ok, this has been done on paypal, a dispute which has 20 days to be settled but we can escalate it...(and yes they kept trying to get us to go back to ebay.)

    Unbelievable!

    It's just arrived!

Now, how do I close the dispute?

Log back in and go to the resolution centre. You should be able to follow the prompts to say it has arrived.
