Thanks for all the lovely comments. Pixnmix road repairs rarely get as far as here either. Still house prices must have gone up in Wales since my ex moved to England.
E I often think it would be cheaper to run the cars on the homebrew.
Thanks MCI hope you are sleeping a bit better.
Well this morning I have made a packed lunch, made breakfast in two shifts, sorted the washing and the dishwasher and run around after DS who keeps weeing in his pants and saying "sorry about that" in the manner of Del Tarrant. No wonder I can't think straight.

Got the ironing done and put last weeks washing away. DD1 is doing winter league triathlon today and just called in. She ran well but shot the floor instead of the target!

That's a shame but at least she didn't shoot herself in the foot which is what Mr MWC nearly (VERY nearly ) did when we went clay pigeon shooting.

Goodness! I have never tried it so I dont know how hard it is.
With the smalls i have made egg mayo, leek and potato pie and the makings of pink pasta.
DS is a dab hand at shelling eggs, but not too careful with the bits of shell.

Yes here in Wales we get free prescriptions but a potholed road system. So what we save on scripts, we lose on tyres and car suspensions :rotfl:

Blimey! I thought clay pigeon shooting was just straight to the sky - how did he get that so wrong :rotfl:

In hindsight the safety briefing wasn't as clear as it should have been... he thought the "S" on the gun stood for safety when in fact it stood for shoot!

I get that. It way more difficult than it looks...automatic rifles much more fun :rotfl:
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Its all so complicated.
Pavlovs great to see you. Given the number of wet clothes maybe he isnt old enough!! 2 and 8 months.

Busy day. Delivered a tarantula to a primary school. Got a whinney in exchange for a slice of hay and moving the leccy fence to expose more grass.
Feeling super yucky. Think I am fighting off a bug.
Spent £80 on wine kits...that sounds so bad and DH spent £14 in Mr S when we realised we were all out of milk and loo paper.

Eta Pavlovs have you seen the trailer for Brian Coxs lecture on the science of Dr Who?
