    Thanks Squirrel and Earthie.

The brownies...well I forgot to add the flour (shows where my heads at).
They looked awful but tasted great if you didn't mind eating them with a spoon...

I got loads done today. Wrote two versions of a test, a set of reports, marked a set of books.

I have been reading a blog about someone's weight loss story so I am going to stop fannying around and do slimming world. Just not pay for it.

NSD and I have resisted ginger cake at Mum's and (so far) the doughnut DH bought me.

    Anyone spot a pattern?!
  • Yes. They need to stop giving you cake! Well done on the super output today,
    Squirrel x

If you are on instagram and/or youtube, there is an Irish poster who has lost 7.5 stone thus far following SW and has completely transformed her life. She posts under the name of slimmingworld_gal. She comes across as very pragmatic and down to earth. Her instagram feed is full of recipes and ideas as she finds ways to make healthy her new normal.

When you look at her transformation pics, they really do give you a kick up the a$$ and make you realise that you can make excuses or you can make changes. I've climbed back on the health wagon myself today. I am not a puppy and I have to stop rewarding myself with food!
