Hi karma, my daughter is 6 and my son is 3. She is competitive and I think much of what she does is practising until she gets it right. She is also a clever little thing. I think her brain must be on overdrive half the time!

DS very energetic but more so through play than dramatics!

    I appreciate your comments :)

Cath - my dd is now 7 and we bought her a tp climbing frame a few years ago, to stop her climbing on the compost bin (one of the dalek-shaped ones). She plays for ages on the frame, but still uses the compsot bin too...

    Aww thanks. Number four baby.

Spendy morning in Taunton. 2/3 of the smalls got their fringes trimmed, got some DIY bits, some *ahem* clothes for the smalls, some shampoo.

Took them to pets at home to see the animals. Packed a picnic.

DH stressed up the estate agent and his brilliant idea was to drop the price. So far noone, including on the house buying forum, has suggested the price is an issue, in fact a place around the corner just sold for 20k more than our asking. Admittedly it has a big garden, but no period features, no views and no land...

It *is* an amazing photo :)

The EA sounds a bit pro-forma :( Are they advertising yours in the right places? Have you got someone who could pretend to be buying and speak with them on the phone, see if they push your place?

I love going to big shops and looking at the animals for sale :j

    Good idea, might try it!

I have redoubled my moderating efforts and just saved a kid 11 marks, which is at least a grade. Centre had entered result incorrectly. *eek smiley*

I keep worrying that there is something wrong with us that we are done in by 9pm. Then DH pointed out we are awake at 5 and usually up at six so not that weird.

And DH made a doc appt!

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
