Well done! Tenth nationally is not-too-shabby at all, otherwise known as really, really good!

Lunch with the olds today. And the Prodigal son and his new girlfriend. And the mad gay aunts.

We were going to church but DD was sick in the night and I was feeling ropey yesterday so not going as there are immunocompromised people there. Think we may be harbouring a bug.

We are getting a new roof on our greenhouse. Woop!

Old roof. Leaks in three places.

    Greenhouse painting day.
Managed to not buy the kids Easter eggs since they got them from the grandparents, the great aunts, godparents and church.

Oh! The roof on my brick shed, attached to the house, looks quite like that - except its made of asbestos  which is so old its got lichen growing all over it. This is the roof I want specialists to remove, so I can weatherproof and insectproof the shed, get a lock on it, and use it for storage for some of my stuff if I rent the place out...

Good luck with all that today! Presumably you didn't fall ill with the sicknesses? Hope not ...

Proper asbestos removal can be mega expensi e.

Thanks I am fine though I think I went through it on Saturday.

Whatever it is it is mercifully brief!

Greenhouse done though I might slap a bit more colour on it later.

Next up the back of a fireplace.

    Looks lovely :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Hello Kate. How kind.
I have been kissing two gorgeous two year olds. Horses I should add.

I have viciously sent DD out on her hack in a group with a qualified instructor AND NOT GONE TOO.

She thinks I have thrown her under the bus. I think she needs to get on with it.
