Just been catching up on the news. Alchemilla - have you seen that Gove is being shuffled? _party__party__party_:j:j:j
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Sounds just like the treatment I needed for my poorly sore face, Al. Hope knees are responding to treatment.

And talking of "for banter read smut" I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the word you dropped casually onto my diary. :rotfl:

Sorry you're feeling ropey though m'dear, not long to go now, honest! x

Sorry, slow catching up. 15, 13,12. They are all sensible but do sometimes fall out completely, usually over the tv or laptops. They can feed themselves and all capable of cooking dinner unsupervised. They currently sort themselves out in morning, as we both leave early and then let themselves in for the first hour after school. So already fully aware of locking doors, etc.

Yes, 3 under 3 & 3 months. I often thought that the biggest leap was 2 children as a 3rd just fits in. It was the double buggy plus toddler underneath that was fun, and strapping 3 into car seats. Childcare was a challenge too as I've always worked, was Job sharing sister when youngest was 2. You do become ridiculously organised to survive.
