Alchemilla! A fellow pony hunter!
Although I found mine 10 1/2 years ago now and he's part of the family and would never go anywhere.
Me and my OH have just started our journey and our mortgage will be £205000 so I'm inspired by you getting sub-200! That will be the first major goal (despite trying to do renovations to the house at the same time!)Saving to sort the house fund! 10000/20000

Thanks Squirrel. Dad is fabulous.
Shouldnt beef about this guy but he joined our school in Sept and has been moaning about his travelling time ever since.
As far as I can tell the school is in pretty much the same place it was last summer give or take a few cm...
Feeling festive what is your pony called/colour/breed/name?0 -
Been out all day but if she passes the vet inspection, I think we have found our pony.
Can't quite believe it, and daren't until she passes the vetting.
At one point found myself sitting on buckets in someone else's car with their terrier on my lap, steering from the passenger seat because she had dropped her pork roll in her lap. Such are horsey people!
No time left for gratitude, but back on it tomorrow.

Well thanks guys. No deal done yet but not for want of trying.
Been having a look at the finances and it isn't amusing reading since XH is playing silly beggars with CM again.
Today I am grateful for
* being allowed to ring a Church bell today (last done 20 years ago)
* children behaved in Church
* Finding a pony (maybe)
* Not having to do too much today (drove 6 hours yesterday)
* Brother is taking Puppy Love out tomorrow.

CM is a minefield. Is is sooo frustrating when you think you have agreed something and then the X moves the goal posts.
Hope you get things sorted soon.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

In my book, real men don't need the CSA to compel them to provide for their children - they just do it. I have known some such non-resident dads. Pity your XH isn't one of them.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49
