Looks like mould? Maybe from inside condensation. We had a little bit on our walls and I bleached them down, been fine since. Boo to being ill, it's cold over here with heating so hope you're holding up okay.

Going to guess at mould as well, we get a bit of it in our bathroom from condenstaion
Dettox mould and mildrew remover is what I use

Alchemilla, so sorry you've got the grots and that your oil situation is still continuing, being cold is just pants. No idea yet when they're going to come out to you?
Especially as you're already under the weather, make sure you wear a plasterer's mask (or scarf wrapped over nose and mouth) when you wash off the mould, the spores won't do you any good at all.
