As it sounds like a great investment i assume there are some negatives as you've not already purchased one? I looked it up on the bay of e and they didn't seem dear at all really - must admit i didn't read about them / see end date so of course price could go up. 13 degrees in the sitting room with the fire on. Blowing a massive freezing storm.

* £3 on a survey
* funny kids "a gas spreads out to fill the available space miss, like an Alligator"
* shared a lift with DH and saved £12
* my bed...sleepy.

All very good things to be grateful for.Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
