Hello all, long time since I have posted. I hope everyone is well. I have been very busy with college and family.
Did two loads of washing today, followed by housework and then shopping. Came home to pack away, cook and clean out the animals.tomorrow I hope we don't have snow as I have found a lovely nature reserve that has a beautiful walkway, which is not too far from me. It's a little piece of countryside hidden within the city madness.
I will read as many posts as possible but hope I haven't missed too much. I will try to be a more frequent visitor as I do love it here :wink: take care all and see you soon.xxx

    Evening
Been raining all day, so that put paid to my plans of tidying the garden. Did mean I caught up on things I had been putting off indoors.
Been on phone to DD she is upset one of her friends has been killed in an accident, he was only 20, dont know all the details yet. Luckily she is coming home this week as its uni reading week so will be able to give her a hug and bit of TLC.
OS done 2 loads of washing and dried with the help of airer, radiators and dehumidifier, DW been on and emptied by DS, made loaf of bread in BM, worked brilliantly last week, did wholemeal this week not tried yet but looks OK. Dinner was pizza, not HM but YS DS said I could buy it again, funny as kids normally prefer my HM anything.
Agree with OP who said how glad we are that we cook from scratch, no horse lasagne (although think its OK if thats what you choose, just not good if you think you are buying something else) for us, we are lucky as FIL is a chef, DH is good cook, I can cook and have taught both DD and DS, so they can do quite a selection of dishes. DD even mentioned tonight that she has bought the takeaway secret book which she is bringing home, looking forward to that as have read about it on here.
    Thoughts to all.
