Why? Because you have an obsession with acquiring anything that you can for personal gain?
The reason that a free society can't work yet is because everyone is too brainwashed into this greedy mindset.0 -
No, it's about equality but too many people think that they should have more than other people0

Erm - and this proves what exactly? Are you going to say that all the members of balanced migration are bigots? It's interesting that the content of that site refers to the House of Lords Select Committee on Economic Affairs report.
As I said - how pathetic and weak.
It shows that your claim that Migration Watch are an unbiased body is dominstrably wrong. Nowhere have I claimed their members are all bigots but they do have a clear bias against immigration.
Being anti immigration isn't the same thing as being racist however many people who are anti-immigration are racist IME. That is purely anecdotal and is not a claim that you are racist.
Your pathetic and weak mantra reminds me of the base commander in Dr Strangelove. Have immigrants been sapping your vital fluids? If you've not seen the film you really should.0 -

No -it does not.Being anti immigration isn't the same thing as being racist however many people who are anti-immigration are racist IME. That is purely anecdotal and is not a claim that you are racist.
Racism seems to mean differnent things to different people these days. Clearly the word is grossly overused here, and certainly as a tool to attack those who have a view on uncontrolled immigration. Over use of the terms racism is quite sick when you think about it based on the severity of true racism. Can't remember if you have made such comments about me or not but here is a good example of what I am talking about;torontoboy45 wrote: »sampong is one of a small, dwindling band which dreams of a 1950's england, where everyone was white and knew their place. that's sampong.
Ignorance in it's purest form, it would be sickening if it wasn't so hilarious.Your pathetic and weak mantra reminds me of the base commander in Dr Strangelove. Have immigrants been sapping your vital fluids? If you've not seen the film you really should.
Yeah whatever - clearly you are running out of creative ideas to attack me. I don't have mantra - just pointing out some facts.0 -

How many of these chaps should I invite for a free meal?
Or does charity begin at home ?

Here is an interesting statistic which looks at things from a different perspective. As Hamish often loves to point out - there are around 1.4 million Brits living in the other 26 EU countries. He just loves that stat doesn't he. But that works out to on average 40,000 per country. We have 1.8 million EU citizens in the UK (that we know about) which, on average is 40 times as many as any other country. Since, according to Hamish's logic that Immigration makes the economy grow - surely we should have a booming economy instead of being a trillion pounds in debt?
I'm particularly in awe of that piece of statistical 'misunderstanding'
Not occur to you that you should be dividing the EU contingent in Britain by the number of EU countries since you did the same with british emigrants to the rest of the EU?0 -
