    If you really MUST have a takeaway, I have found this way to get round it. Friday/Saturday nights are a favourite night for takeways, so what I do is I get mine midweek when our local Indian does a BOGOF and then freeze it for the Friday/ Sat night.

    Alternatively batch cook a night where there is nothing on the telly, and make chilli/spag bol/curry and get those dishes (10 for a quid outta Poundland-or save them from previous takeways) and stick em in the freezer.

    Mine is full of chilli at the moment.
