Whenever you shop online be sure to use 500 extra points, 1000 extra points as opposed to money off codes.
Open a savings account with them and deposit £1,000 and you will receive 1000 points - converts into £40 clubcard deals.Dream of being mortgage free....

8 of us went to St Lucia with Virgin end of June all inclusive & we paid 90% in Tesco vouchers , just under £8000 , we had 4 children which we got for £190 each as we flew on 29th June but if we went 1st July it was full price for the kids so worth checking different dates.0

Hi, Hoping someone may be able to help. I got a quote from Virgin for a flordia holiday stating I would be paying with Tesco deals vouchers. I was given a price and I asked what portion of this total can be paid with the vouchers, I was told all of it. I was surprised as I had read that you could not pay for upgrades or supplements with them. Two days later I called again to check the price and asked the same question about using the vouchers. They said the same, I then ordered the vouchers to the required value (we have been saving for 2 years so I had enough for all but £300 of the holiday) I recieved the vouchers called virgin booked the holiday I stated again the value of the vouchers I had and had to read off the serial nos. Today I have recieved a letter from virgin returning £165 worth of vouchers stating I cannot pay for supplements with them. So now I have £165 of virgin vouchers I cannot use. I called Virgin today and they just referred me back to the term and conditions of the vouchers and advised I book another holiday with them to use the remaining vouchers!!! So has anyone else experienced this as I am not sure what to do now
ask them to provide you with the recording of the call since all they calls should be recorded and this could be your proof that you asked also if you have the names of the people you spoke to or quote references this would also help.
pm if i can help anymore

I would not use any small amount towards a virgin holiday as you have to book from their telephone line (brochure prices) and they are often around £800 dearer than on the web. Shop around unless you have the whole amount for the holiday. I booked for a holiday with xl.com but i think its mostly european that you can use the vouchers for. They are web based so you know you are getting a good deal and also the discounts that they state online still apply even with vouchers. good luck0

Sorry to hijack - but my fiance and I were thinking of using Virgin for a wedding holiday as we want to get married in Vegas and so we are saving our Clubcard vouchers towards this.
However we wondered can we use clubcard vouchers issued to friends and family too? As we have friends and family who are willing to give their vouchers towards the wedding, but I am unsure as to wether we would be allowed to do this?
Hi on most of the TOCs I have read for holiday bookings you can only use vouchers issued to people are going on the holiday.....so if all your friends and family were going too, then yes you could use them otherwise.....
Well, this is what I've read but you might want to double check all the small print.
MelxUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

The vochers and tesco website say that you can only use ur own vochers for things
but when you are swapping them over for deal tokens you have to enter the codes on line and it works just fine using other peoples my friend and i swap them for cash because some people are happy to spend them in store and dont want to use them for deals were as we are both saving for our hoilday deals with them
so yes you can use other peoples but not in store0
