OOOH! I am a happy bunny today. Nothing urgent to do on the horizon so have pottered around gently and even spent an hour on the sofa with my book. Bliss.
Also turned out the Rev's spice cupboard as she is away on the mainland today. There will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth when she comes back and finds out what I've thrown away. You know - all the herbs that have turned yellow and don't smell of anything.
Fasting day today. Yippee. No cooking.
Lindsay: I hope the weather has improved by the time you get here. If the wind stays this strong you'd better pack your own anchor. The house behind us put some teatowels on the line this morning. I should think they're
halfway to France by now.
Fuddle: Deep breaths now. It's only a blip in the great scheme of things - except the stupid motorist, shooting at dawn for her.
LW: Thank you for the recipes. I can see that Wolfie's Choccie Mousse is going to be the ruination of our weight-losing efforts. The nut roast is just the thing to keep in the freezer for any veggies that turn up at Open Arms.

Afternoon all,
LW thanks for the recipes, they have both gone in my book:D
BB and Molly sorry to hear your health problems, take care x
Kezlou you sound really busy and stressed, hopefully it will all be done soon for you hugs
Made turkey and bacon meatballs to have with pasta and DS 2 persuaded me to help, supervise, MAKE chocolate brownies for his gf so he has disappeared with them still warm in the tray. DS 3 has come in grumbling he can smell brownies, why didn't I make him any:eek: so that's tomorrow's job.
Ds2 thinks his interview went well, but you can never really tell. Hopefully he will get a call soon, he really needs a job so am keeping my fingers crossed. He looked so handsome when he went off for his interview, like a young Matt Damon but then I'm biased:D
Dh has disappeared to mil as she has sold a fridge on eBay but wants him to be present when the buyer collects.
I've managed to escape as I'm off for my usual Wednesday weigh in. Struggling since I lost the 2 st I haven't put on but I can't run with my knee and that really helped.
Anyway enough waffle, will catch up later J xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Hugs to all feeling poorly and/or down, TTFTM let OH spoil you. Hope you are recovering well.
Fuddle - Deep breaths, that's enough to send anyone into a panic.
ButterflyBrain - That's pants, hope you manage ok.
LW - I think I will adopt your phone and door answering system!
Well, the last few days cleaning activity has come to an end, the EA photographer has been this afternoon. Now I just need to find everything that I tidied away! I bought new rugs for the kitchen and small living room but have put the old ones back till anyone wants to view!!
Washing mounting up as I changed the beds this morning, if I had been at home today I would have hung them out on the line. Hopefully today's good weather will last till tomorrow. Last night was frighteningly windy and we had a power cut about 9.30pm. Went to bed as there isn't much to do in the dark but the wind kept waking me up.
Chilli from the freezer for tea with rice and naan bread so nice and easy, going to chill tonight with a glass of red.
Take care. XX0 -
Evening all,

Jools - deep breaths, the world is full of numpty know it all,s x
Fuddle - i think the driver would have been having a panic attack if i,d been there, nice to hear you,ve got a good LL even if the EA sound like right plums x
