Lol, all your replies have made for hilarious reading! You've actually cheered me up more than you could know - I've felt a bit down after last night. The fact my love-life hasn't worked out is really hitting home and I really do just feel like giving up. Anyway, took myself on a date to the theatre tonight then came home, re-read this thread and had a good chuckle. All in all better than how I spent last night!

So thanks for cheering me up no end after last night's disaster. The people of MSE are great!

There are frogs and then there are toads! I reckon my Prince was sent by Royal Mail...2nd class...Airmail..he's got lost somewhere along the way :cool:.

I once went on a double date, my friend had been seeing this girl for a few weeks, first time meeting the girl setup for me. To be honest she was stunning and a really nice girl, if a little shy but the kissing was awful. Truly awful. I actually pretended to be asleep so I didn't have to kiss her anymore. I was quite young at the time and these days I might be prepared to work a little more at it but even now kissing is important for me.

Kissing is a very basic physical thing between two people, if you can't connect through kissing then it'll upset a lot of other positives. A decision needs to be made, either stick with them and correct the issue or move on. Depends how perfect they are in other ways, as of course, kissing can improve with practice and direction.
