Hope everyone's ok (((hugs))) to those feeling poorly or low x
Very quiet and clean here without DS2 althoug apparently earlier him and his GF locked themselves out on the balcony in the rain with no keys or phone! Luckily a lady heard them and went to their flatmates workplace and she rescued them!:D valuable lesson learned their I think;)
DH is adjusting to his diabetes and he's lost 8lbs in 2 weeks:T
Am frozen - got my wheatbag on. Electric blanket on ready!
Take care all xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Jools and tina ((hugs)
Hillstep - how are you feeling today?
Another late posting from me, i just don't know where the times gone.
Woke up to snow, but alas it has gone *oh the woe*
Went to a seminar today, it was all centered around autism, aspergers and asd and the much taboo topic of sex, puberty and relationships. It was really shame about the other people around sighing which to be honest kept putting me off.
I mean why stay and ruin something if your not interested, its just beyond me .
It was quite funny though as i surprised a few people with a word i know for female private bits,:o
What can i say i like to cause a stir :rotfl:
Came back to phone the council about the new house. Didn't get through to the right department in the slightest. So going to have to try again tomorrow. total nightmare i was supposed to receive the key when i signed the tenancy agreement.
I really want to get meter readings so i can get the gas / electric safety checks done and ty and get the flooring sorted for the front room.
But on the plus side i finally have an appointment to see a orthopaedic surgeon oh yes. Never know monnogran might see you as i'm finding my way back home
right better get back, 10 boxes of books done and loads left!:(0 -
That's the only thing I miss about not having a microwave... the wheat bags. Ho hum. Actually, I think if I were to get a hot water bottle that void would be filled

Doesn't Mary Berry look great! (watching her story on BBC2, a bit random I realise)
Ah Kez the key will be sorted. Yes, best to get the readings done before hand. The last thing you want (trust me *rolleyes) is dealing with them on moving day.
Tina sometime we have to be cruel to be kind... to ourselves!0 -
Evening
Another busy day, bit more productive. Phoned the bank and have made a start on sorting mortgage arrears. We paid reduced rate when OH contract ended so have bit of catching up to do. They reckon we have £700 pm disposable income and should pay most of it towards the arrears to get paid off in few months. When I went through our incomings and outgoings and the fact that we are paying for DD at Uni (she gets bare minimum as OH was working overseas in year they look at). Woman was shocked and nice about it dont think she believed me when I said I had on spent £2 on clothing for myself in 6 months and has agreed to reduce the amount for next couple of months then review. Its such a relief, know it means arrears wont have gone so quickly but does give us a bit of breathing space especially as we have other bills (car tax, etc ) in coming month and have just had to have our boiler fixed.
OS DW emptied and reloaded, WM been on washing now on airer, fajitas for tea, will take LO for packed lunch tomorrow.

Evening everyone
MIA yet again, have tried to read though. Had a few more difficulties at home with dh and my ds1 living with us. I did reach breaking point last weekend and said my piece in no uncertain terms without losing my temper, which really took some doing. Things have since been better so I am hoping we have turned the corner. On the upside I am really enjoying my new job though.
os today kitched cleaned dw emptied and reloaded after dh made dinner. wm on and hung on airer. wm loaded again to go on in the morning. Ironing for tomorrow done. all hardfloors downstairs hoovered and mopped.
Jools ((hugs)) As others have said take one day at a time.
Tina - I think you already know what to say, some people have no manners.
Monogran - slow down.
Molly & LW ((hugs))
TTFTM - Make sure you get some rest.
Bitsy - good luck with the viewings.
Sorry If I have missed anyone. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.0
