It's funny how we break the rules even though we know we shouldn't. However taking a child shopping is always asking for trouble - I find our trolley gets filled up with all kinds of junk. Lately though, as DD2 now has a job, she pays me back for some of her extravagances. It does help her rationalise her buying, when she knows she'll be actually having to fork out hard cash for it. :D

Yes, my DD has a job too, I am just too soft with her. She's pretty good really, she works, goes to gym. Helps me when she can/feels inclined. Lol. Sometimes she pays me back and sometimes I tell her not to bother. :)

Thanks Ellidee. I'm pretty impressed. Just got to try and sell as much as I can as quick as I can to keep the momentum going. :)

One load of washing done and in dryer, second load in washing machine, DVDs back in there cases and back in the dvd case.
Dishwasher has been emptied and partially refilled.
    Recycling done.
    To do:
    Lounge needs sorting.
Mr tc has put loads more recycling in middle of floor so I will have to load it up into his car before I can sweep floor. :(
    Kitchen needs tidying
    Cooker top needs cleaning
    Kettle needs descaling.
Oven needs a good clean-I'm open to suggestions for this everyone? TIA
DD2 has even put 'tidy my drawer please' on this list-cheeky thing!
    Kitchen floor needs sweeping too
    Photos for bay...
I thnk that will do to be going on with!

I found 20p road kill in carpark and yesterday I found 2 p in car park.
So I've already found 27p this month. :) and it's only the 5th!

Well every day can't be a no-spend day, Tattycath. :)

Well done on the roadkill. I never seem to find any money, perhaps I need to concentrate a bit harder.

However, I have found a very small cheque that was sent to me a while ago that I forgot all about. :j

Well done on the cheque. :T
Maybe it's because I often look at the floor when I'm walking :o

I've decided tomorrow will be a no spend day. :) I'm going to aim for a week of no spend days this month. :)
I must read my Alan Carr book tonight, that will save me some money-when I kick the habit once and for all! :)
