Has anyone tried the SMEP and found it works? We've been TTC for over a year now, and did make an initial appointment at the doctors, but we want to try do it naturally, and going to give this a last-ditch shot, it feels like one of the only things we haven't tried. On day 8 today, so had our first BD, just hope we can get that BFP we've been wanting forever

Hi all,
Have Dtd a few times this week, hoping we might get lucky... Especially as I was too late in setting up cbfm for this month .

Will def get set up for next month though.

Would be good to know from former BFP s whether used cbfm or smep etc.. Rather than having to read through all threads.

When I was expecting I do think it was helped by using the cbfm as was less hassle than temping etc xx

MrsMills, that's quite a lot of different symptoms! Poor you! I think everyone reacts differently to coming off the pill, hopefully those feelings will go away, no advice really to offer you though, keep track of how long they last and if they happen again maybe speak to your doctor

Hi can I please join? I came off the pill 2 weeks ago and waiting to start TTC after first normal bleed due next week. I've been feeling pretty ill since stopping suffering from bloating/ tummy ache has anyone else had this? Thanks!

Ok...it's two days early but I've just tested using clear blue digital and got pregnant 1-2 weeks....does this mean I'm pregnant?
Only first month trying so not sure if it might be a false positive?
