I think vitamin B6 is safe to take all cycle but someone please correct me if I'm wrong! It's in my folic acid tablets which are a daily one which is why I think that it's ok.


Evening primrose oil and raspberry leaf are the ones that should only be taken pre OV I think. Xxxx

I am about to start on the evening primrose oil too again this cycle up until ovulation, I have to take it at night though as it seems to give me a headache.:o

Lots of early nights planned for this cycle as I seem to get more eggwhite cm in mornings so plan for this cycle is morning sex as cycles of evening sex don't seem to be doing much.

Mind you I am not sure morning sex will work either if I cant be bothered to wake up....:rotfl:

Looks like we're at similar stages. I've started spotting today so expecting the witch to arrive in full later today....
I had my first fs appt last month and they've ordered the lap and (I think, because I don't have the letters in front of me) an hsg, they're to make sure that when I ovulate the eggs can get to where they're supposed to be! If they're fine, then I have another appt at end of Oct when I'll be started on clomid. Suddenly feels like things are moving, even if my stupid, stupid body won't do what it is supposed to.

Yes from what I've read its fine as can also be used to reduce morning sickness.

Hope it works for you lilmissmup I think it basically made me ov earlier but has kept cycle same length. Now 13dpo and still no sign. Given I had cp a few mths ago hoping this is one less thing to prevent that happening again.

Now I've got to 13dpo it would be good for af to appear tho so I can get trying with my new cbfm!

I ovulate on a different day each month anyway.... this cycle was day 16, cycle before was day 13!

I didn't find out I was pregnant until after my "period" weird I know but I so thats why I am now using it hoping its just an implantation issue that I can fix myself before we going to the doctors!

13dpo....have you not go the urge to test???

Sounds like we've had the same situation, I had strange bleeding so tested and bfp then tested again a few days later and bfn so like you think it was implantation issue possibly due to short lp.

I normally ov diff days but 10 day lp, read that b6 either makes you ov earlier but keeps cycle same length or you ov at same time but lp gets longer if that makes sense?

Tested yesterday and bfn so pretty sure am out this mth plus got all my classic pmt signs!!
