Thank you TeaCake. Sleep the same. Thermometer the same etc - haven't changed anything. No spotting. According to FF I ovulated the day before my hubby was even back I'm the country - so not likely to get a BFP. Still not spotting though. Don't know how to upload chart, will have a look now. Thanks for trying to help me - all seems so complicated at the mo lol xx

(Ok so not been to sleep yet had a pig of a night) so OH has gone away to Scotland for work until the end of march/beg of April when the season ends. So no BD for us for a month or two :sad:

Got to make a drs appointment this week, I've been putting it off for 3 weeks :eek: I know I'm naughty. Hopefully I can get some advice and see what he says. Think I'm on CD19 today, I've never really had any symptoms before AF but up until last month was a 2 days late (very unlike me!) I was trying not to SS at the time and still trying not to now but did the fatal thing today of typing my symptoms into google ie: tired on the verge of exhaustion(that sounds lame posting at this hour but I can sleep 12 hours straight), tender lower abdomen and needing to wee lots, and low and behold the whole page is all about pregnancy. But not doing anything about it yet a.) because I haven't missed a period, b.) ill only be disappointed if I'm not, and c.) I haven't got the symptoms I had when I was last pregnant..

Sending lots of hugs out to all you ladies (I would list you girls that need it most one by one but I'm doing this from my phone and it won't allow me to read through the posts) and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you all.

CD7 for me, low on CBFM, reckon the high & peak will be the weekend. So ladies, I have moved on from SS to predicting my CBFM results .....

Bambi could AF have been implantation bleed? Was it different / shorter / lighter than usual?

Back on CD 2 - could I go on the list please? What do I need to do?
I'm off skiing next week :j First time in a while I haven't felt dissapointed to get AF (quite a nice change) but going for it all guns blazing this month onwards.

The talk of buttery crumpets is not helping me I'm trying to lose a bit (not sure how much as I can't remember where we hid the scales battery after little un worked out how to remove it). Just off to have my oats so simple golden syrup mmmm. Like the sound of the 5:2 - I might look into it some more (I don't think I can trust myself not to eat the equivalent amount on my normal days though so not sure it would work for me).

I am at the best point to conceive (i think) and last night we didnt do anything he has a cold and i had stomach ache all day and cramps and felt rubbish. Now i feel stupid for not doing it as I seemed to have it in my head that i wont be this month now and i have wasted a whole month. I need to get my head straight i am a mess

What do people think about using cbfm? Thinking of buying one as I couldn't tell when I ov this month. Normally I know exactly when I have and my phone app is spot on. I didn't want to spend lots of money if people think they don't work

Ema - it was an extra day longer but it was really light but I've had another AF since that one and it seemed normal. I have no idea what my body is doing.

Katy - its my first month using it so I'll see how it goes!!! I have borrowed one from a friend who got preg after only one month of using it (but I do refer to her as The Most Fertile Woman In The Universe), but I'm not holding out too much hope. It'll just be useful to see when I OV as at the moment I've no idea.

Not sure if anybody else on here has had success with it tho?
