So body in melt down. Now on day 34 ish, no sign of period, feeling sick and boobs are huge but two bfns (inc one today.) I hate my body.
Urgh.

Morning all. I was also shocked by emmerdale last night. I thought it was a bit much. Maybe I'm a bit hormonal seeing as I should be mid cycle. Who knows. Will hopefully BD this evening just in case.
I really do need to get out more. The highlight of my day today will be doing my recycling!
Went for a run in my new trainers last night! Managed 3.4 miles which I'm really pleased about as I haven't been able to run since September. My legs are only a little bit stiff today. Fingers crossed they don't get any worse.

I am intrigued, what happened on Emmerdale?

Does anyone have any links to research about the effect of alcohol on sperm production? My OH is struggling with not drinking as much as he would like as I have imposed a ban on alcohol :-) He is threatening to go on a bender then pay for a SA just to prove me wrong!!! I would rather he didn't go to such lengths and would prefer him to read a scientific research but there seems to be so much conflicting stuff out there!
