:money:Have just changed our mortgage (shh.... I'm supposed to be working) so feeling pleased with myself now. Have been inspired by the mortgage-free diaries on this site, can't stop reading them! It's nice to feel I've achieved something today.... just a shame it wasn't any of the things I'm being paid for lol.0

Thanks for all the folic acid replies.
Another question, has anyone taken those tablets you can take to delay your period? I'm scheduled to come on, on my wedding day so wanted to take them for wedding and honeymoon. Reading up on them they say there not a contraception but wondering if it will affect trying?0 -
Good work Tea Lover, we have been working on changing ours for a good couple of months, getting through to a mortgage advisor at Barclays has been tortuous, its like they don't want our business! We are finally arranging it over the phone! We are also going to start overpaying the mortgage, it makes me feel like things will be more stable IF I ever do bloody get pregnant.
I've never tried taking Norethisterone to delay my period but it seems safe enough. Its basically just progesterone.0 -

Code - your more adventurous than me with hair colour - blue sounds great, though perhaps not so much when you are trying to get rid of it
Impressive larder Mrs TM, you truly are a domestic goddess!
Happy birthday loveactually, hope you have something nice planned and did go shopping to buy yourself a treat, hugs for feeling down over ttc
Fannyanna - sounds like you are going round in circles, hope you get an appointment sorted soon
Disney - when I mentioned ttc to my doctor a couple of months ago he said make sure you take folic acid, if only it was a miracle of actually conceiving!
159 - hope your cycle sorts itself out, annoying when our bodies play tricks on us
tea - hope you got a good deal with your mortgage
Finally seen that ridiculous argos advert some of you ladies have been talking about - will make sure I avoid adverts in the future, one of the worse adverts I have seen0 -
Mrs T M - your larder is LUSH!!!
Thanks.I try.
Ended up picking a couple pounds of sweet cherries this morning and then went grocery shopping. What I didn't count on is the fact that I'm still out and haven't eaten lunch yet. Breakfast was two slices of raisin bread and a banana.
I'm extremely mad at one of DH's coworkers at the moment. Lets just say he needs to stay the f away from me if he wants to keep being able to walk.
Anyway, I've given up on finishing the walk home without help. I have DH a clue as to where to find me (I'm a bit upset with him too). Have him the word 'peregrine' and he knows I'm at the Norwich Cathedral, he just doesn't know *where* at the cathedral. He should have gotten off work at 5:30, but knowing him, I'll be sitting here for another two hours before he even thinks about coming home. I'm going to see if I can box a bit tomorrow at the gym to get some of this anger out. Maybe kicking the poop out of a bag imagining it has DH's coworkers face on it will help expel some anger.0 -
Evening ladies
Mrs TM I LOVE your larder! Wish I had the kind of house where I could have one of those
Tea Lover well done on changing your mortgage, we did ours not so long ago and reduced our term too :money:
Well I got a positive OPK test today so would that mean I'd be updated to 0 DPO?? Have done so so this month and hoping to persuade hubby to BD tonight as well just incase. To be honest though I'm now getting so used to AF showing up and getting negative pregnancy tests that I no longer get my hopes up and just assume im not pregnantDon't know what I'd do with myself if I actually got a positive pregnancy test

Sorry about the rant earlier. I'm still upset with the coworker, but I've gotten home and have eaten (tinned ravioli, but it is food at least) and I feel better for the most part.
Bought a mooncup on the way home. Here's hoping that I won't need it after af leaves this time for a while!0 -
Hi ladies. Congratulations to any BFP I may have missed and hugs to those who need it.
Can't read back on a kindle but have a quick question. Have been doing opk since Sunday. Got a faint second line Sunday but since all I get is the control line?
I ov on CD 15 last month and today is CD 12. Have just noticed EWCM I think (pretty sure it's not last night's sorry if TMI)
I have started drinking pink grapefruit juice to help with CM. it's pretty rank. Any ideas why my second line has gone? Xxx0
