loulou - I went to the Drs last week as I'm now 60 days without AF visiting and all he could say was that I had to wait. He couldnt tell me precisely what I had to wait for, just that I had to! Its the thyroid thing again! Specialist on Monday so we will see what he says.

I once went almost six months without a period (beforehand periods were regular as clockwork). I saw my GP after about four months of no period, they told me to do a pregnancy test, which I did and it was negative, so then they said sometimes women's bodies just 'need a break'. I think that may have been them just saying something instead of 'I don't know' though. Period showed up a few weeks later and have been regular again ever since.

Bodies are very weird and wonderful.

Hope everyone is well as can be x

What the hell tea cake!! My DH is a personal trainer too! And he's just about to embark on a running craze again. That's one thing I can't tell him not to do - like yours he works out several times a week. How can that be bad for you? Aarh!

I'm really sorry but I can't remember but does your DH have a low sperm
Count? Maybe I should get DH to get a test done.

Claire and Tea if you google exercise and make fertility there is research saying excessive training like marathon levels impairs male fertility. Might be worth a read?

I'm 41 so hopefully that will give some hope to the older ladies on here.

Thank you Faith, this does indeed give me hope
    - is it your first and did you do anything different this month or was it just your time?

I wish you both a happy and healthy 9 months

Nothing to report here so it's just a case of waiting until next weekend for af. I've stopped using the cbfm this cycle so will reset it for af and try again next cycle. There is obviously a very small chance this month as we dtd 3 times around what would normally be ov but i'm not getting my hopes up at all.
    Got married October 2012 :j
    Hoping to conceive 2013 :D

Morning all, hectic few days for me and then I saw the boards!!!
So many congratulations faithhope and becca so many long standing members moving on gives all of us some hope.

Tcod I'm a member of your rare and unusual medical conditions club. I'm so glad to be able to add fertility difficulties to that too. Or not. But I am glad you are getting lots of help and support. Skint make sure you get your GP to consider talking therapies alongside pills.

Welcome to all the newbies :hello:

Thanks will have a look as DH is about to start training like that again starting this week! He used to do marathons now more half marathons but still involves lots of running several times a week.

Thanks Mrs T M for volunteering - it's always appreciated to keep us on track!! And a belated thank you to Becca for all her hard work on the forum.

T M, I hope the updating of the lists rubs off on you too!! Can you mark me down as 2dpo on todays list please? I think that's the first time that I'm moved over to the DPO section in about 18 months!!
I've begun charting again so I know where I am!! Fingers crossed :)

TMI alert: Ive got a docs appt this morning as I've been bleeding from the other part of the downstairs area, iyswim. I hope it's nothing but I'm pretty scared - I'm a bit of a hypochondriac sometimes so I don't cope with things like this very well. This is the first month we've really been back on it with ttc so I'm gutted that there's something else going on to stress me out :(
