I've diagnosed myself with so many things, ttc and non ttc related. It turns out I don't have any of the ttc ones :rotfl:at least probably not.

Sometimes I wish the internet was never invented.

But then I wouldn't have you ladies to talk to would I!

Blimey I'm still wondering if I'm going to move off that waiting for AF list. 47 days so far, and with going to fertility specialist in 10 days I bet it doesnt come before them. GP was helpful with his 'You've had a negative home pregnancy test, you arent pregnant, you'll just have to keep waiting'!

And I know the specialist is just going to tell me to go and lose weight first, really want to start this moving though as I always said I didnt want kids after I was 40 and I was 41 in May. Starting to get a bit despondent now but going to put some of that down to the flipping thyroid meds.

Hugs to you, im wondering sane thing - will I ever be lower on the list again as I'm at cd58 now! I've made a docs appointment for week Monday, as if AF hasn't arrived by then I've missed 2 periods.

Hope something happens for you soon xx

    Thanks for all the welcomes.

Just caught up on the thread, and tea you made me laugh a lot earlier with your bring on the egg comment! I will have that in my head for a while now! Also fishes and flying monkeys! Tee hee.

Did anyone find that their hormones were chaos after they came off their contreception? I thought after 3 months I might be ok but i'm all over the place. Not sure how long I or DH will be able to cope with the emotions. Although I don't know if there is a solution to regulate them and still TTC?

Hope you all have a lovely Friday night, we went to DH's parents for supper which was nice. Don't have many plans this weekend as DH is off on his brother stag do next week from Thursday till Sunday. Think i'm due to ovulate sometime around then, so i guess thats us out already! Hmm TTC isn't always as easy as you think it will be! I guess it doesn't help that my FB feed is full of Babies atm.

Sorry turned into an essay there.

    Big hugs to you all

    Muffin xx

Tea, please can you send my eggy on its way too!

CD15 and no sign of a positive opk yet, I'm hoping for one tomorrow or Sunday. It's my birthday on Monday which would be CD18, that could actually be the day I conceive, wouldn't that be a nice birthday present :D

Feeling rubbish today :( Got asked when I was trying for a baby today :( luckily it was by a really nice guy so I was able to be nice and polite and not respond with f!@k off you !!!!!! we've been trying for 9 months. I know that is not a long time but it does feel like it when I keep hearing of people falling preggers immediately.

    Feeling really down :(

Anyway, hope everyone else is well. Gutted that I keep missing the spammer!

    Welcome mrsmuffin!

Hope everyone else is well! xxx

Grrr. My positive opk continues to be elusive. It's stubbornly negative and doesn't look even close to positive. In fact, it rather looks like one of my pregnancy tests. Ov signs are there - spots around my jawline, attraction to random office guy (even though he looks like David Spade - what on earth is that about?), ewcm but no raised temp and no opk. Come on egg. Jump.

Tonight my sil was asked when we were going to have babies (she's one of the few people I don't want to slap when she asks) and I said 'all in time' and she asked if we were trying and I said no and then DH piped up with 'she's lying!'. Grr.

Feeling really frustrated and tried to talk to DH when I got home but he either didn't understand me or didn't want to so I gave up. I just want a nice normal ov which releases a normal egg, which gets fertilised by a normal sperm, which becomes a normal blastocyst, which buries into my normal womb lining, becomes a normal embryo and then a normal baby. The kid can be as weird as it likes after that.
