On the positive side, sperm should live longer in you because of the low temps.
Thanks code, I might just do that as actually I am one of those 'constantly hot' people, the air con in my office is on year round and my hands and face are always burning. My highest temp this month was 36.2.
Good positive on the sperm count, unfortunately DH works around such massive heat they probs all half dead anywayx

I'm now 35, childless and tipsy. It's so hard to cut down on alcohol when there's so many reasons to drink!
I fear the stress of my work, and my age, will stop me getting pregnant.
I really don't want to be a year older.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -

Kynthia - you are yet a spring chicken! Im 38! How long have you been trying?
Code - I hope all goes ok with your DH today and he doesn't get made redundant.
Im getting oddly excited about doing opks this month....think Ill start them tomorrow! (just cos I can!) Have explained the theory to DH so hopefully he will 'jump to it' when I say! x0 -
I appear to have a short luteal phase - if I get AF on Friday it will only be an 11 day LP - should I be concerned about this?
I (and some other ladies) had short LPs (10/11 days) and have had success. It's a bit of a worry when something's not 'normal' but it's totally fine, I think anything shorter than that should be mentioned to the GPs though so some tests can be done.

I've never missed a period before (apart from when I came off the pill a good 10 years ago!) I am sometimes late, but before this the latest I've ever been was 41 days between periods (and i had been very ill, so think that combined with medication was to blame. Usually I'm between 29 and 32 days.
Yeah, I was ill last month which messed up my cycleHave you been ill this time, or is your missing AF a mystery?

has anyone else experienced very low body temps consistently?? Hoping to peak sometime soon but in the mean time DH is being a good boy and doing the bd daily xx
Don't worry I think basal temps are your lowest temps anyway so you can't compare them to the charts you see for illnesses etc. My temps can go down to 35.7ish when I'm about to ov and then go up to about 36.6ish mid way through my luteal phase.
Code I hope your DH doesn't get made redundant! And that your Dad turns out to be ok. Has he started to look for anything new just incase? My dads friend once got redundant but found a new job so basically all that happened to him was a huge payout!
Bex - yeah it's really frustrating. The sickness now seems to have gone & my ear doesn't feel 'full' anymore but this annoying noise is still there. I found it really hard to go to sleep last night.
The cbfm is annoyingly counting the luteal phase from the first day of peak -rather than starting it 1 day later - it's like it misses out 0dpo and jumps straight to 1dpo, therefore I will probably get asked to do a test tomorrow even though Ive been trying to avoid it as I know I'm not pregnant but I know my period will most likely come on Saturday not tomorrow! So I better hope I get a 13dpo luteal phase and not 14 or ill be forced to store the pee pot lol0 -
Just having a maudlin moment last night. Mega stress at work, not liking my weight, my bad skin and now hitting 35 have been too much for me. I'll be fine as we've only been trying 9 months, I'm well paid, I have a really wonderful husband, I'm doing something about my skin, and I've been lucky enough to enjoy lots of holidays, breaks and meals out. There is also a very good chance of getting a BFP in the next few months, although I really hope to give birth while still 35.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
