Gets easier with practice. Did you get it wet first?
Afm, crampy and cranky. Left work super early today because I was going to punch someone.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Hugs for all this that are ill or crampy.
Becca using the mooncup does get easier so stick with it, I found it makes life so much easier esp if you have heavy af.
Did make me laugh about releasing the egg, I've just finished the tamoxafin so come on ovaries release an egg soon.

I believe that your temperature will spike and stay high (above the coverline) and then dip again (below the line) if you are not pregnant. If I'm wrong then I am sure someone will put you right!

Thanks, it's been pretty rubbish!
So, will the temp spike be OV itself?.0 -

Your temp will bumble along for a while, might go up and down a little. Then when you ov it may dip a bit, and then it will rise after ov. This rise is what you're looking for to confirm ovulation.
If AF comes your temp will crash back down - although this can happen before or after AF starts leading to false hope sometimes if it takes a whole to drop!
If it rises a second time it may mean you are pregnant.

Congrats Samtoby ! :j
Hugs for AF cramps  they suck
I have a mooncup, but i don't like using it if i can't rince it when i empty it. I really need to get back into using it tho, such a smoney saver. And i was just starting to get the hang of it. Pads much cost me about £6 every month with AF lasting 5 or 6 days. How do you guys clean it at the end of AF ?? Boiling water ??
What's the Sperm meets Egg plan then ?? Do you recommend it ?
