lol i bought mine from amazon, it was this one:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Now-Foods-Inositol-Capsules-500/dp/B0002PU5YO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1369743955&sr=8-2&keywords=inositol

now it's actually D-chiro-inositol that has been studied and shown to have an effect on insulin resistance (a symptom of PCOS) but that wasn't available by itself so i got inositol generally and it seems to have done the trick!

it's part of the vitamin B12 complex and you can't overdose on B12 (as far as i'm aware) so i think it's worth a go :)

I've just googled and am now disappointed to find that there doesn't seem to be much difference (in results) between this and metformin - and I've been trying that for ages!

Grr! I was all excited for a minute then about a miracle cure!

Tea i was on 3x500mg of metformin a day at the same time as taking it, had been for nearly a year with no descernible difference in cycles (before mc it was 2x500mg a day). so maybe they can work together? honestly, i was astounded by the difference in cycle length

I am starting to worry even more than usual.

I haven't got a +opk this month abd reading in amazon reviews the ov tests i use are known to give some people - all the time

I just keep caling myself barren as even though i ov last month according to bloods i didnt. I just want the blood test to be referred and then get one baby its all i want. I have ewcm at the moment but no peak on the ov tests
    This is so frustrating

Congrats teamlowe hope you have a healthy 9 months

CD23 for me, still no +OPK. Well I didn't test today as I forgot to bring one to work with me, but it's highly unlikely, right?

Which hotel are you staying at Becca? If we do go we're going to end up doing a week at Disney, couple of days at Hard Rock Hotel and the rest of the time in a cheapy hotel on I-Drive to keep costs down. :) Unless we win the Euromillions tonight, in which case it'll be a month at the Grand Floridian and a month at the HRH! :D

Oh and I may have just bought some Inositol from TL's link. :o
