  • Hugs Abis - I'm sorry to hear your news :(

Thanks for the new thread Becca - looks great!

Tia - I just pee straight on the stick

Welcome Jammy - hope you stay is short and sweet

Afm, CD21 and 7DPO - halfway through the 2ww, but RL keeping me busy. Having a few symptoms, but I know this doesn't really mean much!

Looking forward to Valentine's Day, but it will be a bit of a bummer if I'm in the middle of AF. Has anyone got any plans for V Day?

Thanks Becca for this - must have taken you a while.

Random question and may seem a little bizarre - with the opk's what do you use to collect a urine sample?? Is there some secret to avoid peeing in a mug?!?

Sorry chocoholic, I have definitely added you but some gremlin is knocking you off. Will go add to the list above.

Tia - I wee in a medicine cup, you know, those plastic ones that come with some medicines. Doesn't look too suspicious on the side in the bathroom...

That is such a good idea but I don't know if I could stop peeing quick enough if I'm bursting because they don't hold much!

I use those plastic balls that come on top of washing liquid bottles.

Ooh shiny new thread...thanks becca :) my age is 31 btw.

Right, opk smiley at 5pm today. Temp drop at 6am so what cn I make of that? Thanks for replies on the other thread claire and lily. I'm so confused as I've never had both on same day. Always got a positive opk and then a temp drop the next day, not the other way around!

    Am I ovulating today?

Can you post the link to your chart? I'd guess tomorrow.

Just checked out my Chinese horoscope for the year of the water snake and it says I may have a baby this year. So it must be true. It also said I'll be tempted into adultery so I hope it's DH's baby and not the Rock's :rotfl:

Becca - Stella job with the shiny new thread and all the lists.
TCD - Hopefully you will have another temp rise tomorrow and get some crosshairs in the next day or two.

Vic - Your temp dip is caused by estrogen increasing to mature your eggs and your opks measure LH (lutenizing hormone) that wears away the sac and makes the egg pop out. It sounds like you are potentially having a strong ovulation so get bding;)

Lilymay - Are you 12dpo? That has to be good news?

Sorry for not being around much my laptop has completely died. Main power board failure so I am having to share OH superduper laptop. Its very nice of him to let me use it but everything is in dutch so it takes ages for me to navigate menus *rolls eyes*

The OH is becoming a little obsessed with the pregnancy tests, she's going through them at a rate of knots, erk! Think I'm going to try and get her to test less as at the moment it just means she's disappointed each day :(
