Random question and may seem a little bizarre - with the opk's what do you use to collect a urine sample?? Is there some secret to avoid peeing in a mug?!?

I think QQ used to pee on them directly. I use the rinsed top of a aerosol can (obviously without a hole) kept for that purpose if I'm at home. If I'm not, I've been known to wee in the packet and use that to dip.

Tia I just wee straight on them, I used to have a shot glass behind the cistern I used but I've gotten good at aiming!

Right, opk smiley at 5pm today. Temp drop at 6am so what cn I make of that? Thanks for replies on the other thread claire and lily. I'm so confused as I've never had both on same day. Always got a positive opk and then a temp drop the next day, not the other way around!

Am I ovulating today?

Had my 21 days blood test today. The spotting is still continuing and am very fed up. Need to have a smear test and have had to cancel cause of this.

Have booked doctors appointment for Monday to speak to her about it.
