See if I was on the 2ww, I'd be convinced I was pregnant. I can smell everything, my boobs hurt, I spent last night lying in bed trying not to throw up. I've been emotional (I can't stop crying because we met some dogs today and we can't decide). I've had random pains in my stomach. If it wasn't for AF I'd be peeing on something.

I know what you mean. One day before AF I stopped eating my dinner as I felt sick. Plus twice I woke up with this bubbly/hungry feeling I had when I was pregnant.

The joke though is that when I was pregnant I had zero symptoms apart from a missed period until an entire week later! And another week after that til the proper tiredness & sickness started. I don't think I ever had to pee more than normal. Yet I can now be 10dpo & think hmm I'm peeing more :rotfl:

I think AF is looming. I have tummy pains. But on a brighter note I have chocolate :)

Hubby came home the other day with a box of Gu brownies as they were getting free boxes at work, and I am having one now. It makes me happy! I'm blaming the bloating on AF being on her way... nothing to do with the brownies I'm sure.

Amy, for me I find that the odd massive blow out, while pretty painful at the time, can be helpful. Men just sometimes don't understand how stressful this whole thing can be! We women put far too much pressure on ourselves. Hope today has been better. :)

The worst is when you have a big blowout around ov time, which inevitably happens me as hormones are out in force, and then still 'need' to BD! Hang in there, we will all get there in the end.

Mrs T_M. I saw you talking about cross stitching the other day, did you join the other thread? I've actually an avid cross stitcher, although I don't like to admit to it in polite company. I have done big wall hangings for lots of friends kids, although I have had to stop as there was a phase of so many kids being born. I'm working on a cross stitched quilt at the moment though, which is a bit different for me, and really quite fun.

I will put up some pics when I am done. I've also just finished my first ever patchwork quilt. Such nerdiness! I did a brief course at the stitching and craft show to get it started, and finished it this week after buying a sewing machine. Such is the rock and roll lifestyle of the T2D household!

I do cross stitch too t2d, and have many quilting projects lined up in my head that I haven't actually started (out of fear) just yet... ;) You're in good company :p

I just discovered quilting. It's much faster than cross stitching! So I now have a lovely little baby quilt - but noone actually needs one now. Although I did get a nice surprise facebook baby announcement today!

I think I'd quite like to do a big quilt for us at home. All my many cross stitches have been for other people as I mainly do baby ones and am still waiting to need one! But quilting seems a little more adult, so I might do that when I return to real life.

In other nerdiness, I am sitting in my flat now surrounded by plants moved into pots and trays as I have had to bring them in from the cold. This feels like insanity! These silly things get more care than DH does these days. :)

I really should really go back to work... it seems I am starting to obsess about homemaking too much!

ETA: Actually, what I need is an end to the doctors imposed BD ban ;) I think just a week to go! Although, to be honest, I'm not fully sure I'm physically ready, so will have to take things easy for a while - but 6 (SIX!!) weeks is a loooooong time.

Temp dip right below coverline this morning, so AF will be here either today or tomorrow. Either will be rubbish because I really want to spend today wallpapering the kitchen and if AF starts, the pains will kick in as soon as she arrives and I'll have to take myself off to bed till the worst passes so there won't be much DIY happening. And tomorrow we have a friend coming to visit for a few days and I don't want to have to miss out on spending time with him either. Wish I was a bit more normal!

I was so confused this morning as to what time it was, I had no idea whether our clocks had changed themselves or not and had to ask on Facebook for someone to tell me what time it was!!
