A wee question on FF - In the calendar, it has boxes with colour around the border and the key says that this is predicted based on previous cycles. If the entire day is filled with colour, this is based on information you've added, temperatures, ewcm etc. Do you have to have a paid membership to see the boxes all filled in or will it only use previous cycle info? I hope that makes sense........ lol

    Hi Twigpig,

Yes you are right, the boxes with borders are predictions based on past cycles but it get the boxes filled I think you have to have the paid membership. I used to get solid green squares for my fertile days and a slightly different colour when I ovulated but now my paid subsciption has expired the solid boxes are no longer shown. I still get the bordered prediction squares tho.

Sorry that I forgot to answer this earlier! They are outlined when they are predicted, and only filled in once they are confirmed. HTH! :)

The only difference I've found on the calendar between a paid and unpaid membership is the confirmed fertile days do not show on the unpaid.

I'm not in doubt about there being lines there - just worried they might be disappearing rather than getting darker iyswim. The not pregnant on the digo was a bit of a slap in the face cos I just thought it was gonna say pregnant 1-2 weeks :o On the plus side - my cup of tea was just rank!! :D Maybe it will all be ok thcrossfinger5.gif

  • Lots of things can cause fluctuations in hcg at the very beginning, even just drinking another half glass of water so don't worry too much Abi, the digis aren't too sensitive either so especially before af is due I wouldn't worry about that one. Thinking of you x

Its just all so scary and stuff at this stage isn't it tho Lemon :o I liked being naive :o Can't believe with my DD I tested weekly as I had come off the pill and not had a break through bleed, and then once I got my BFP I didn't photograph it, or do more than 1 test etc.

    Good morning Ladies!!

CD9 for me and I'm starting my OPKs today :j DTD last night just in case but I think, from recent cycle tracking, I will ovulate on Thursday so it will be interesting to see if that is indeed the case and it shows on the cheapy sticks! I've decided against testing at 2pm at work and will test as soon as i get home from work at approx 5pm this cycle, if it doesn't work properly I'll review this next cycle (although I'll probably buy CBFM given the reviews!)

Abis try not to worry too much. Digis are much less sensitive than FRER so it could be that, or your wee being concentrated. Fingers crossed this is a sticky one.

Afm much weirdness. Had a dry up on Saturday and Sunday. Checked today and more ewcm but my cervix is low and hard. Got an almost positive opk on Sat then later tested again and it was less positive but my wee was lighter.

Abis I can see + on all of those, good luck and hope it's a sticky one.

I vowed never to test early again after 2 chemical's in a row last year, both of which I found totally devestating.

There is a lot to be said for the 'old days' when early tests didn't exist and you normally didn't even suspect you might be up-duffed unless you'd missed a couple of periods**

Digi's and FRER's both have the same official sensitivity of 25. Though the ones I used on Monday both picked the pregnancy up with lower levels. I estimate around 10.

    Good luck Abis xx
