Hugs for CD1 Lilmissup and the others I've missed over the weekend. :o Welcome any name!

Peak today (a day early! :)) on CBFM so that'll be me at 0DPO. :) BD for fun last night (and Friday night, don't know what's come over us?! :p) so was a nice surprise this morning to find out that it was actually pretty well timed! :)

Anyone else just holding out for a FS appointment though? :o I've kind of made peace with the fact that this isn't going to happen without some help so just sitting it out until October when I can get a referral (assume it'll be to see the gynae first though?)... takes some of the pressure off actually! :)

Looking to book a holiday in September with some friends in the next week or so... too excited at the prospect of 2 weeks in the Caribbean! :j And I totally have not figured out that if I get PG now I'll still be fine to fly... :o

    I've been Money Tipped!
Birdie love your plan :) sounds great!
You might get referred straight to FS if there are no gynae issues?

I don't really know Becca! :o I assume the next step is the HyCoSy as my tubes are the only thing they haven't poked around yet. :p

Trying not to think about it all too much though, going to just plod along as normal, not stressing about it too much for the next 6 months and see what happens. I suppose my main focus will be getting my bikini body back before September (not that it was ever really 'there'!!! ;))

    Morning all,

Sorry for being AWOL this past week or so, I have been lurking rather than posting. Thank you for all your kind words of support, it really does mean a lot.

Glad I wasn't the only one so bummed at it being Mother's Day yesterday, I've generally been feeling very ill and just bleurgh. Keep getting really strong nausea, dizziness, some pain in my right groin area and trouble sleeping. Have resorted to taking anti sickness and tramadol to help cope with it as I haven't been able to get a drs appointment. Definitely not PG, did a test when I threw a hissy fit and brought the OPKs :o

From using my app for the past three months my cycles have lasted 26/27 days (december 32 days), whereas when I first became pregnant I was like clockwork 28 days. After reading the OPKs I should be testing on CD 9. Not started doing it yet as OH isn't back for another 2 weeks :( but I'll definitely start up as soon as he's home. We spoke yesterday and he's wanting to make a drs appointment to see about his sperm count etc, as soon as he's back. Which is positive :) just hope that his stats will be different as he won't be fishing so his temp should be lower thus creating more viable sperm. If not i'll just have to gain some patience :rotfl:

I was so annoyed yesterday that I actually did some exercise on my abs and legs (nothing major mind, just using some info off pinterest :rotfl:) think it lasted all of 10 mins, but it made me feel a bit better pushing myself to do it. Don't want it to come to the 1 year mark (November time) and dr says to me to lose weight before he can help me.

Big hugs to all that needs them

Well AF is due for me today and I've got some cramps. This cycle has been very good with a +ve OPK and a 14 day LP. It's nice to have normal cycles, and feels like my body is gradually coming back to where it should be after the implant. I hope this is the start of some very nice regular cycles.

It has been such a gruelling week - 2 missed deadlines and not finished yet. I am wondering if it is such as good idea to even ttc at the minute. It's such full on bottomless anxiety and stress, and will be until the autumn. If I did manage to get pg I would be worried about being such a hostile maternal environment for a baby with all those stress hormones flying around. Yet I feel the pressure of my age (31 in a month) because you're supposed to be trying for 2 years now before you can get any help. Not sure what to do.

    Hi Everyone,

So, yesterday morning (11dpo) POAS on an IC. -ve. Put it on the side. Couple of hours later went to look at it again, there was a line. Figured maybe an evap - obv out of time anyways. So did another wee (my wee is always concentrated cos I don't drink enough) and another faint line on an IC within time limits. Dipped a FRER in the same pot - BFP. Yay :j Dipped a digi in the same pot - not pregnant :( Figured maybes its v early and digi is less sensitive therefore needs longer.

This morning, IC - even paler than yesterdays TLP, couldn't really see much if I'm honest. Only had a sainsburys blue dye one (faint line, tlp) and another digi left and don't want to waste that and see not pregnant again :o:(

I know what will be will be. But I really really really really would like a sticky bean this time! Surely its 3rd time lucky?!?

Off to go buy some more FRERs and probs loads of other tests in a bit and retest tomorrow. I should really wait on til AF is due (weds) and test then, but I can't :o Don't know whether to go to the docs n try n get this one registered if I am having another loss or what  What if I got a BFN if I POAS there? I'd just look like a mentalist who was making it up :o:o

Heres my pics that show some sort of lines.

Not made it here over the weekend, so lots to catch up on......

emylou - I'm sure that all the stuff going on with the wedding etc will affect your cycles. I missed a period completely, after getting married. Think it was just all the stress/excitement, so I'd say that it's normal..... :)

loulou123 - Crossing my fingers for you. Hope you're feeling better now too :)

ttc39 - Hugs for AF :( Hope your SD enjoyed the concert. Sounds like my worst nightmare, lol. Glad you've sorted your CBFM too. Hubby to the rescue! Bet he had that 'man grin' that they get when the fix something for us ladies ;)

vic3 - well done on your 11lb weight loss. You're so right that people who put those yummy mummy signs in their cars and stuff are far from yummy :rotfl: ps - I don't have one :p

Mrs TM - Sorry for the BFN but glad that there's still hope. Hope you've not finished all those roses already :p Keeping my fingers crossed for Friday testing for you too :)

CodeMonkey - Yay for the 1/2lb weight loss this week. You should ask hubby to treat you to a mummy to be day this weekend and tell him you'll treat him to a daddy to be day the week after Fathers Day (or anytime really). Why not get breakfast in bed and flowers?? You deserve them! ;)

firefly - Glad that you've at least made it on to the IVF list. Progress is progress :)

ruth26 - Enjoy Prague if you've not left and manage to read this, or welcome back if you don't get this for 4 days :rotfl:

claire16c - Hope you enjoyed the wedding on Sat. I love weddings! We have one in April to go to, and I've been looking forward to it for about 6 months. You'd think it was my wedding, lol

shovel lad - naught naughty on the chocolates. Can't go wasting perfectly good chocolate you know ;)

anyname - Hope you're not here long, in the nicest possible way of course ;)

lilmiss - hugs for AF :(

birdie - So jealous of your holiday planning! You'll have a fab time :) And think of all the extra BD'ing opportunities :rotfl:

lara - You now that there'll never be a perfect time for ttc. None of us know how long the journey will be, so you just have to go for it, and deal with anything as it comes along.... but then you already know that ;)

Hope I didn't miss anyone, and everyone has a great Monday :)

A wee question on FF - In the calendar, it has boxes with colour around the border and the key says that this is predicted based on previous cycles. If the entire day is filled with colour, this is based on information you've added, temperatures, ewcm etc. Do you have to have a paid membership to see the boxes all filled in or will it only use previous cycle info? I hope that makes sense........ lol

abis - I don't know what to suggest. You won't want to spend a fortune on a million tests. Could you wait til Wednesday and test again? I know it's hard, but then hopefully you wouldn't get conflicting results and drive yourself crazy :)

Patience is not my strong point twigpig :o:o:o I don't know what to do for the best either tho. When I got pregnant last may the line darkened on an IC every single day and became as strong as the control line in just 3-4 days after my first TLP. But that was a molar pregnancy and my levels of HCG were rising faster than they should have (not that I knew that at the time).

When I got pregnant with DD, I did 1 test! Just 1!! I can't believe that now :o:o

I know in my head I should just stop testing and see if AF stays away for the next week or so. Last month I was pregnant for 6 days before it all went away :o:o I didn't phone the doc til after my -ve test last month, and was sent for a blood test, which came back with such tiny levels that they don't class me as being pregnant. If I am going to have multiple losses (this would be my 3rd if I do lose it) then I would ordinarily be referred to the recurrent miscarriage specialist - but my lost loss wasn't recognised so doesn't 'count' towards 3 iyswim.....

I'm a control freak, and TTC is severly testing me. I hate the unknown and unquantified. :o:o
